The mission of the Altar Society is to keep the church clean – providing for the care of the vessels, linens, vestments, candles, flowers, and any other items required for the altar and the clergy’s attire that is needed for worship.
Qualifications
- Must be able to understand the procedures in washing of the sacred linens.
- Work well with others in maintaining fully stocked linen drawers for Masses.
- Able to schedule cleaning vestments for the clergy.
